The 2-grade lamella board for the "Light shaped" series is used for rotary mechanisms for garden blinds of the "Light" series and is a dry lamella board with a 112x20mm shaped cross-section and a length of 1000mm, 1500mm, 2000mm, 2500mm and 3000mm (+ allowance for trimming). It differs from the 1st grade in the presence and number of dark knots and tolerances in geometry. During self-assembly, it is actually cut to the required length. It is recommended to make holes before installing the lamellas in the places of their attachment to the rotary mechanisms to prevent possible cracking of the edges. For the proper and long-term operation of the structure, it is necessary to protect the lamella board from weather conditions by treating it with special primers and impregnations to protect against moisture getting inside and prevent its geometry from changing. Depending on the chosen paint coating, it is recommended to renew the protection from time to time by re-application.
