Delivery
1. Delivery via our 5-ton dump truck:
The service includes loading, delivery, and unloading via dump truck (excluding linear products/molding, which require manual unloading). The delivery service does not include moving the goods across the customer's construction site. Unloading at the customer's location is performed wherever physically and technically feasible, depending on access conditions, road surfaces, terrain, etc. The cost and completion date depend on the order volume and transport distance; these are calculated and agreed upon with company managers.
2. Self-pickup:
If you wish to save on delivery costs, you have the option to pick up your order yourself from our collection point. You may also request the "loading onto the customer's vehicle" service.
